For eligible orders shipped within the United States, our standard shipping rates are:

• Orders of $39.00 and above: Free standard shipping.

• Orders from $0.00 to $38.99: A standard shipping fee of $3.99.

The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change from time to time. Changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where permitted by applicable law or agreed with the customer.

If a material pricing or listing error affects an order, we may contact you to explain the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution before proceeding, subject to applicable law.

3. Placing and Confirming an Order

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details.

Averiqoi currently offers shipping to eligible delivery addresses within the United States.

The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 10–15 business days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Actual delivery times may vary due to destination, carrier operations, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances that may affect transportation.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

For ordinary preference-based returns, skincare products generally must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, with original seals and packaging intact where applicable.

Please wait for return instructions before sending any product back.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
